Meet Our Inventor
As a licensed physical therapist and a strength coach, Brett Fischer was frustrated by the lack of equipment available to properly train the abdominals. Everything was in a shortened, crunch type fashion.
Brett created the ABDolly based on his observations with clients and patients who were all in desperate need of a dynamic, yet easy to use, abdominal equipment. They wanted a product that could tone and tighten ALL of their abdominal muscles in any range of motion and in any direction so they could target those hard to get areas. It also had to be easy to use by all ages and fitness levels...hence the ABDolly was created.
Now there are hundreds of thousands of happy users of the ABDolly and the results are spectacular! Brett Fischer is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked with the New York Jets Football Club, PGA and Senior Golf Tour, Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball, and is personal trainer to many other professional athletes. He received Training & Conditioning Magazine's "Professional Athlete's Comeback Player Award" for the comeback of Randy Johnson.
